Building on it's victory in the US Supreme Court, the American Civil Liberties Union has filed a federal lawsuit in Pennsylvania seeking to overturn that state’s ban on same sex marriages.Similar suits will soon be filed in North Carolina and Virginia.WBAI's Andrea Sears speaks with James Esseks, director of the ACLU's LGBT Project.
