Mayor Mike Bloomberg is in an attack mode over the Community Safety Act Bills.The two bills are designed to foster better policing and community relations. One bill prevents police profiling by age, gender, housing status and sexual orientation.The other sets up independent oversight of the NYPD in an office of Inspector General.
