Surrounded by supporters, Jerry Koch went to court today to appear before a grand jury for the second time. The first time was in 2009 during an investigation into a 2008 bombing of an armed forces recruiting center in times square. Koch was a bystander in the area at the time. He refused to testify. The legal activist was back in court today again refusing to cooperate. He speaks with WBAI’s Linda Perry about why.
