The defense presents their case in the Stop and Frisk trial in the sixth week of the class action bench trial, Floyd v. City of New York. The lawsuit claims the NYPD policy of Stop and Frisk is unconstitutional, unfairly targets blacks and latinos and seeks systematic reform of the police tactic. WBAI’s Linda Perry has more.
