On the 10th day of the Stop and Frisk in Lower Manhattan Federal Court, secret tapes from a Brooklyn Precinct reveal intense pressure on NYPD Officers to issue summonses, and to make stops and arrests. Outside the courtroom members of the Malcolm X Grassroots movement rallied in support of of the Center for Constitutional Rights Stop and Frisk trial, Floyd v. City of New York.
