Sandy Regional Assembly, a coalition of 40 organizations from Newark to the Rockaways, released their recovery agenda today.The purpose of the document is let federal, state and city agencies know they want a place in the discussions over the rebuilding efforts from Hurricane Sandy and make sure the funds support the communities effected.These groups were on the front lines of recovery efforts, often when first responders couldn't get there.WBAI's Rebecca Myles was there and files this report.
