Police officers were grilled about the NYPD practice of Stop and Frisk in court Tuesday. The case is Floyd v. City of New York, a Federal Civil Rights Trial brought by the Center for Constitutional Rights over the NYPD’s controversial policy. During the course of the day, a March 5th, 2013 memo surfaced ordering change in Stop and Frisk Policy. Now NYPD must write a narrative detailing circumstances of stops. Muslims United Against Stop and Frisk rallied outside the trial. WBAI's Linda Perry reports.
