Stop and Frisk is on trial at Federal Court in Manhattan. The case of Floyd v. City of New York brought by the Center for Constitutional Rights contends the NYPD practice targets people of color. It hopes to force the NYPD to curb the practice. Outside the courtroom the Community United Coalition rallied in support of plaintiffs in the case.
