Two years after the murder of George Floyd, white supremacist violence continues to run amuck, while Black and Brown people continue to be brutalized and murdered, both nationally and globally.
On the second anniversary of Mr. Floyd's passing, WPFW and WBAI presented this special, hosted by WPFW's Katea Stitt and Howard University's Dr. Greg Carr. Activists on the ground in Minneapolis and Buffalo, scholars, attorneys and authors unpacked issues of racial violence, the origins of policing, socio-economic oppression and the creation and function of whiteness in the context of privilege and privilege.
