Andrew Jones discusses the video of the shooting death of 50-year-old Walter Scott,  by a South Carolina police officer. Which is the latest example of another unarmed black person killed by a white cop.  Andrew discusses how without that video, Walter Scott’s family and how the rest of the U.S. would have been left with another "justified" killing of a black man by a white cop who "feared for his life".
