REVEREND BILLY SHOW LAUNCHES ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15TH

WBAI is pleased to welcome the Reverend Billy and the Stop Shopping Choir, starting this week in its new timeslot from 2:00 to 3:00pm.

THE REVEREND BILLY SHOW was envisioned by the singing activists of the Stop Shopping Choir while they were imprisoned in the Tombs.  Consumerism is the Devil in their desperate theology, because it is so fossils-fuel intense, but also because consumerism makes us so stupid. Reverend Billy and friends welcome listeners to activism far beyond traditional environmentalism.  Their church gave god his walking papers.  Prayer is directed at something called Earthalujah! 

The Reverend Billy Show is edu-tainment for the climate apocalypse.  Amen!
