The third round of US-Cuba talks end after one day with no progress reported in the establishment of diplomatic relations. Jane Franklin has details. 

Margaret Gilpin speaks with Ana Milagros Martinez of the UN Cuba Association, visiting New York to attend the Annual Women's Conference 20 years after the Beijing  World Conference on Women.

While attending the 59th session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women, delegates from the Federation of Cuban Women visit the Bronx, Manhattan, and New Jersey. We have a report.

The National Lawyers Guild holds a public panel entitled "US-Cuba Relations: What Does 'Normalization' Mean?" We hear from Attorneys Michael Kirinsky and Joan Gibbs, as well as the Center For Cuban Studies Executive Director, Sandra Levinson.
