A criminal judge in Manhattan on Monday denied a motion to dismiss a prosecutor's subpoena for three and a half months of Twitter data from an Occupy Wall Street protester who was arrested on the Brooklyn Bridge.  WBAI's Andrea Sears speaks with Aden Fine, a senior staff attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union.
