Was the Supreme Court's Commerce Clause Ruling a Victory for Conservatives?

Though the Supreme Court ruled the Affordable Care Act constitutional, the majority of the court ruled that Congress does not have the authority to impose the "individual mandate" under the Commerce Clause of the Constitution.  Conservatives and libertarians say that was a victory for their side.  WBAI's Andrea Sears speaks with David Driesen, a university professor at Syracuse University.
