News sources have reported that Mayor Bloomberg is ordering volunteer relief services in some of the hardest hit areas of the city to close down. WBAI's Andrea Sears spoke with photographer and photojournalist Syd London who has observed efforts to close down voluntary relief locations in the Rockaways, even though conditions for many of the people who live there have not improved.
