More Than 100 Arrested During Occupy Wall Street Protests
- New York 09/17/2012 by Andrea Sears (WBAI)

Today is the first anniversary of the Occupy Wall Street movement.  Hundreds of protesters and an army of police swarmed through downtown Manhattan beginning around seven AM with what was described as a swirl of mobile intersection occupations that were aimed at blockading the stock exchange.  WBAI's Andrea Sears spoke with Nathan Schneider, editor of the website Waging Non-Violence, who has covered the Occupy movement for The Nation and Harpers.
