Citing recurring security failures, a security guard at the Indian Point Nuclear Power Plants has filed a $1.5B lawsuit against plant owner Entergy.  WBAI's Rebecca Myles spoke with attorney Amy Bellantoni, who represents the plaintiff in that lawsuit.
