NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio delivered his third State of the City Speech at Lehman College in the Bronx.

Garbage pickups on Sunday for streets which get alot of foot traffic, expanded wi-fi service for the City and a streetcar line connecting Brooklyn and Queens waterfronts are some of the highlights from his speech.
