Brian DeShazor and Mark Torres, of The Pacifica Radio Archives and From the Vault team, will co-host a day long broadcast with WBAI hosts to raise critical funds for the Preservation and Access project, saving WBAI/NYC broadcast history!

The event will take place on Monday, September 21, 2016 from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

We will be broadcasting WBAI history all day, some not heard in decades. Our music lineup includes Jimi Hendrix, Dizzy Gillespie, Patti Smith, Marian McPartland, Yoko Ono, James Baldwin and lots of live musical performances from years past.

In addition, we have created the first ALL WBAI special premium gift just for New Yorkers…old and new!
