One of the nation's oldest Latino Rights organizations is calling on the U.S. Justice Department to investigate possible voting irregularities in the recent primary race between Congress-member Charles Rangel and State Senator Adriano Espaillat.  Juan Cartagena, President and General Consel of Latino Justice PRLDEF spoke with WBAI's Jose Santiago.
