A New York Woman who was forced to pay more than three hundred fifty thousand dollars in federal estate taxes on her inheritance from her same sex spouse has asked the US Supreme Court to hear her case.  WBAI's Andrea Sears speaks with James Esseks, director of the ACLU's LGBT Project.
