This was fourth week of the Stop and Frisk trial, Floyd v. City of New York, the federal class action lawsuit filed by the Center for Constitutional Rights. On Wednesday NYCHA residents packed the court, then held a rally outside the courthouse to highlight the impact of stop and frisk on public housing residents.
